Living: Assistance is provided for
daily activities such as dressing, bathing,

Care: Specialized facility for
residents suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease
or any other form of dementia in a
secure environment.

leave their bedroom area in 4 minutes or less
with no assistance in case of fire or
emergency.

nursing services providing rehabilitation as
prescribed by a doctor.

services under the supervision of licensed
nurses.

facility and a Skilled Nursing facility under
